The location of the apartment is brilliant its one bus away from Amsterdam Central, the apartment was VERY comfortable especially the bed, the cleanliness of the apartment was alright defintely not amazing, and also the frying pan was in very very bad condition it got sorted out within 30 mins. Someone brought a new one. The communication with NUMA was great!

Comfortable homely stay. Clean apartment upon arrival. Super easy check-in, with clear instructions sent via WA. Everything was as expected, though the pots were a little stained. Location is a bit out of town. Nice quiet neighbourhood but not much to do around, and the nearest supermarket was a 10-15 minute walk away.

Decent location, 10-15mins walk to the ferry (free and with regular service) which takes us to Central station. Great cafe just across the street. Other than that, very quiet place and nearest Albert Heijn supermarket is near to reg ferry point.

The apartment is exactly as described -if not better. We were at the water front and positively surprised about its size and amenities. Thus, customer service was very helpful and friendly even though we arrived quite late at night, they were available and responding very fast.
