Q: Why do I need to check in before my arrival?

You need to check in in advance in order to receive the PIN code to enter the building. - After booking, you’ll get a link for your online check-in - Once it’s completed, you’ll receive your PIN to enter the building and your room

Q: What is Numa's cleaning policy?

- All our rooms & apartments are professionally cleaned before your arrival. - Final cleaning is always included. - If you stay for more than 7 nights, we’ll clean your room for free on a weekly basis. - Extra towels and toiletries are always available for you in the Essentials Closet–for free. - You can request extra cleaning for an additional fee via My Trips .

Fantastic apartment in a very nice area. Apartment has all mod cons for a short stay and looks over a lovely canal. Apartment is a 20 min walk from Centraal station, although can be challenging if you have cases. Once in the apartment, it is a short walk through the tunnel to the edge of the lovely Jordaan neighborhood.

Lovely spacious apartment, everything was really clean, close to train station and a short walk to center. Storage lockers available if you have a late flight and need to store luggage.

Stayed here with a bunch of uni friends and had an absolute blast - the location was pretty good since it was only about 20 mins walk to central station and we didn’t end up renting bikes any of the 4 days we were there.

Really loved that the flats came with free luggage lockers, as it made the 3PM checkin more manageable with our earlier flight. Our large suitcases and then-some easily fit, and we were able to grab lunch at the fantastic restaurant across the street, walk around and kill time before 3pm. The flat was clean and had everything we needed. By taxi the location was only about 15-20mins to major attractions such as Anne Frank House, Van Gogh and RLD.
