You need to check in in advance in order to receive the PIN code to enter the building. - After booking, you’ll get a link for your online check-in - Once it’s completed, you’ll receive your PIN to enter the building and your room

Our reception team operates digitally. You can reach us on WhatsApp from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, and from 10am to 6pm on weekends. Our phone line is available 24/7, so we’re always just a call away. For any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us via WhatsApp or phone with any questions or concerns.

Q: What is Numa's cleaning policy?

All our rooms and apartments are professionally cleaned before your arrival. We provide a daily refresh that includes the floor, bed making, and bathroom surfaces. Every three days, towels and sheets are replaced.

Q: How does the check-out work?

There are three ways to check out: 1) Follow the link received via WhatsApp or SMS the day before departure 2) Scroll up on My Trips and check out there 3) Scan the QR code, which is placed on the door of your room
