You need to check in in advance in order to receive the PIN code to enter the building. - After booking, you’ll get a link for your online check-in - Once it’s completed, you’ll receive your PIN to enter the building and your room

Q: What is Numa's cleaning policy?

All our rooms and apartments are professionally cleaned before your arrival. We provide a daily refresh that includes the floor, bed making, and bathroom surfaces. Every three days, towels and sheets are replaced.

Q: How does the check-out work?

There are three ways to check out: 1) Follow the link received via WhatsApp or SMS the day before departure 2) Scroll up on My Trips and check out there 3) Scan the QR code, which is placed on the door of your room
