Q: Why do I need to check in before my arrival?

You need to check in in advance in order to receive the PIN code to enter the building. - After booking, you’ll get a link for your online check-in - Once it’s completed, you’ll receive your PIN to enter the building and your room

- All our rooms & apartments are professionally cleaned before your arrival. - Final cleaning is always included. - If you stay for more than 7 nights, we’ll clean your room for free on a weekly basis. - Extra towels and toiletries are always available for you in the Essentials Closet–for free. - You can request extra cleaning for an additional fee via My Trips .

There are three ways to check out: 1) Follow the link received via WhatsApp or SMS the day before departure 2) Scroll up on My Trips and check out there 3) Scan the QR code, which is placed on the door of your room

You can easily manage your booking via My Trips and request early check-in or late check-out there. Nearly always works! Unless the property is too busy that day.

The location is wonderful, walkable to everything we wanted to see with lots of great restaurants, bars and cafes around. It was super clean and very comfortable. The rooms are small, but it wasn’t a problem for us.

The apartment and the whole complex is wonderful, as with all Numa properties. The location is great, it was clean, tidy, and we would totally recommend it. The communication was great, with just a slight hiccup regarding the safe in the room. But all was resolved without problems, just a slight misunderstanding.
