Q: Why do I need to check in before my arrival?

You need to check in in advance in order to receive the PIN code to enter the building. - After booking, you’ll get a link for your online check-in - Once it’s completed, you’ll receive your PIN to enter the building and your room

The property is in a prime location in central Madrid. Small rooms, but as expected from the pictures and listing. Comfortable bedding and very clean. Nice to have access to shared kitchen.

The location was fantastic, within easy walking distance of museums, Atocha station, Puerta del Sol etc. Great to have tea and coffee making facilities and communal kitchen. It was very modern and clean. Great Italian restaurant next door.

the location is perfect, 5 mins from the metro stop e Atocha station, 10 minutes from Gran Via and it is situated next to the retiro park. The room was perfect for one person, the double windows didn’t make you hear any noise from the street (since my room was facing the road) it was clean, staff at the reception always super nice the wardrobe was pretty big and it had a safety locker inside for jewels etc. the room has AC
