Q: Why do I need to check in before my arrival?

You need to check in in advance in order to receive the PIN code to enter the building. - After booking, you’ll get a link for your online check-in - Once it’s completed, you’ll receive your PIN to enter the building and your room

Q: What is Numa's cleaning policy?

- All our rooms & apartments are professionally cleaned before your arrival. - Final cleaning is always included. - If you stay for more than 7 nights, we’ll clean your room for free on a weekly basis. - Extra towels and toiletries are always available for you in the Essentials Closet–for free. - You can request extra cleaning for an additional fee via My Trips .

It's located in a great neighborhood, with supermarkets and fruit stands within a 5 min walk, a good amount of different restaurants are also within walking distance and several metro lines are available so it's really easy to get to wherever you want

I had a great stay and was very happy with my trip. It was in the heart of Madrid near supermarkets and Madrid life. The apartment was very modern and clean and smelt good. The size was perfect and would definitely recommend it to friends. Finding information in Numa was very effective and easy to get in touch.

Generally good location in a more residential area (in Goya) that is not in ten heart is the tourist areas around Chueca, Gran Villa, etc. Room as described as a short stay. Would consider staying again.
