You need to check in in advance in order to receive the PIN code to enter the building. - After booking, you’ll get a link for your online check-in - Once it’s completed, you’ll receive your PIN to enter the building and your room

The room was perfect for us. The location was in La Chueca, which is a nice neighborhood. Tons of shopping, restaurants, and super close to the Tribunal metro. Our view was nice, the street was quiet, and we were able to get good rest. The apartment was clean, and the kitchenette was super convenient. We were able to get into the unit with the door code very easily. I would happily stay here again if I return to Madrid.

The location is perfect, in a nice trendy area, and is very central. The hotel apt was perfect for us. Clean, and had the necessities you need. A grocery store is less than a 5min walk away, so you can grab things for breakfast. We had a room that wasn’t facing a street, just a wall, but personally it was good because we didn’t hear the noise from the street. I’d stay here again! The stairs are also no big deal at all. It’s an old building, so stairs to the first floor are to be expected.

It was incredibly easy to find the building and get into my room without any contact - it was so fast and I was relieved because my trip in Madrid was hot and complicated until then. The room was so clean and really nice inside - with a great little kitchen and nice bathroom too.

We really enjoyed our stay at Numa Madrid Luna. The location is ideal, we could walk to most places we wanted to go and the subway was right at the top of the street for other places. The hotel is in a wonderful old building; the room itself was modern, clean, efficient and well designed. Breakfast was delivered promptly and was more than we could eat. And very importantly, advance communication with the hotel was good and easy and the digital check-in was very smooth.
