You need to check in in advance in order to receive the PIN code to enter the building. - After booking, you’ll get a link for your online check-in - Once it’s completed, you’ll receive your PIN to enter the building and your room

Location in Santa cruz perfect ! Apartment was comfortable roomy for 4 of us. All the amenities we needed. Clean. Staff were very acommodating whatever we needed they provided to us. Would stay again.

All was perfect except we were unable to get out car into the parking space we booked. The streets were too narrow for the car we had hired unfortunately . A bit more information on this would have been helpful.

Location, immaculately clean and decorated, comfortable, convenience with washing machine and terrace, excellent bathroom products included, easy entry (smart home), and parking option. I didn’t use the parking but I love that it was available just below the apartment. I loved the place and would definitely return and highly recommend. Thank you!

Apartment located in the city center, which is perfect for sightseeing and for strolling around in the evening without worrying about the way back. The apartment has two real bedrooms, is clean, and comes with all the necessary kitchen utensils. We really has a nice stay.
