Q: Why do I need to check in before my arrival?

You need to check in in advance in order to receive the PIN code to enter the building. - After booking, you’ll get a link for your online check-in - Once it’s completed, you’ll receive your PIN to enter the building and your room

Q: What is Numa's cleaning policy?

- All our rooms & apartments are professionally cleaned before your arrival. - Final cleaning is always included. - If you stay for more than 7 nights, we’ll clean your room for free on a weekly basis. - Extra towels and toiletries are always available for you in the Essentials Closet–for free. - You can request extra cleaning for an additional fee via My Trips .

Q: How does the check-out work?

There are three ways to check out: 1) Follow the link received via WhatsApp or SMS the day before departure 2) Scroll up on My Trips and check out there 3) Scan the QR code, which is placed on the door of your room

Q: How can I request an early check-in or a late check-out?

You can easily manage your booking via My Trips and request early check-in or late check-out there. Nearly always works! Unless the property is too busy that day.

New apartment building in a very nice location (right on Kantstrasse). I was lucky to get one of the apartments in the top floors, which have a nice view as bonus. Apartment is nicely furnished (not too much, not too little), though concrete/screed floor, and includes all the essential amenities, including laundry and iron in the basement. Communication was all via automated texts, but these contained all the information I needed.

Hotel was really good. Amazing transport connection nearby, it was easy to explore the city from this place. Calm place with huge variety of restaurants around. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay, walkable distance to the train stations which was great after a long day exploring. Check in was really easy and Numa responded very quickly. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Berlin.
