Q: Why do I need to check in before my arrival?

You need to check in in advance in order to receive the PIN code to enter the building. - After booking, you’ll get a link for your online check-in - Once it’s completed, you’ll receive your PIN to enter the building and your room

Q: What is Numa's cleaning policy?

- All our rooms & apartments are professionally cleaned before your arrival. - Final cleaning is always included. - If you stay for more than 7 nights, we’ll clean your room for free on a weekly basis. - Extra towels and toiletries are always available for you in the Essentials Closet–for free. - You can request extra cleaning for an additional fee via My Trips .

Q: How does the check-out work?

There are three ways to check out: 1) Follow the link received via WhatsApp or SMS the day before departure 2) Scroll up on My Trips and check out there 3) Scan the QR code, which is placed on the door of your room

Q: How can I request an early check-in or a late check-out?

You can easily manage your booking via My Trips and request early check-in or late check-out there. Nearly always works! Unless the property is too busy that day.

Clean, silent, bed was very comfortable. Loved the fact that we could put YouTube on the TV! We came for a concert so having TV with the MVs in the back while getting ready was such a nice plus! Also big mirror for outfit check had a good placement for such a small place!

Location is very nice close to all public transports. Apartment is very nice designed and easy. Pitty that there is not at least microwave or something where we could prepare some food (for 100€ per night). Check in/out is fine. We were first time quite confused but after we got in one time, another times it was no problem. We stayed one week (7 nights) and I think we could get a new set of towels. Otherwise very nice. Would go for it again. 👍

Not super central, still very close to a station that directly takes you to the airport and the centre. The place is well Maintained and has coworking area. The room has all way is needed and it looks like the pictures. Only thing is that one needs to get used to the water coming down from higher floors since the pipes are visible. Nevertheless, it’s really quiet at night. Much more than in hotels. Very good option to visit Berlin and work at the same time. Many restaurants and bars around.
