Q: Why do I need to check in before my arrival?

You need to check in in advance in order to receive the PIN code to enter the building. - After booking, you’ll get a link for your online check-in - Once it’s completed, you’ll receive your PIN to enter the building and your room

Q: What is Numa's cleaning policy?

- All our rooms & apartments are professionally cleaned before your arrival. - Final cleaning is always included. - If you stay for more than 7 nights, we’ll clean your room for free on a weekly basis. - Extra towels and toiletries are always available for you in the Essentials Closet–for free. - You can request extra cleaning for an additional fee via My Trips .

Q: How does the check-out work?

There are three ways to check out: 1) Follow the link received via WhatsApp or SMS the day before departure 2) Scroll up on My Trips and check out there 3) Scan the QR code, which is placed on the door of your room

Q: How can I request an early check-in or a late check-out?

You can easily manage your booking via My Trips and request early check-in or late check-out there. Nearly always works! Unless the property is too busy that day.

Location was perfect with many option where to go to eat and drink nearby. Close to the city center. Accommodation was quiet, clean with nice design. Easy communication via WhatsApp.

This place was amazing. It was so central that you could easily walk to a lot of places, but if you don’t like walking there is different public transportation options. The place felt like a cosy home and had a lot of space!!! Everything was clean and neat.

Except tv everything was just perfect.Too much technology does not go well with us should be simple because of our age maybe but the rest was exactly more than we expect. We will keep stay and try other locations/countries with you.
